Their leadership is steady their culture team-focused and project managers are trusted to manage their work with independence.What Youll Be DoingManaging commercial plumbing projects from pre-bid through completionPerforming estimating responsibilities and assisting with bid preparationCoordinating schedules subcontractors materials and workflowWorking closely with field teams and internal departments to keep projects on trackMonitoring budgets timelines and overall project performanceHandling documentation such as RFIs submittals change orders and close-out packagesIdeal BackgroundAround three years of experience in commercial plumbing project management or an assistant PM roleFamiliarity with commercial construction project flow and jobsite coordinationAbility to handle both estimating and project management dutiesStrong computer and software proficiency; comfortable using project management and estimating platformsExperience with commercial builds such as medical facilities higher education hotels remodels or ground-up workProject TypesThe company handles a broad range of commercial work including healthcare higher education hospitality remodels ground-up builds and large institutional projects.
