Mercantile Hall is owned and operated by BEDO Brands, a collection of award-winning brands that focuses on hospitality in the wedding industry, and boasts of incredible sibling brands, including 10 South and Bon Bon Belle Bridal Boutique. Mercantile Hall is a beautiful wedding and event venue located in Burlington, Wisconsin. We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead tours, schedule events, and guide couples into their planning journeys smoothly.


The Details:

What do you have to do?

  • Give engaging, thoughtful venue tours that help bring couples' wedding visions to life in real time
  • Own your performance by hitting weekly tour and booking goals
  • Consistently convert tours into bookings by building trust and providing wedding industry insights
  • Maintain relentless, service-motivated follow-up through calls, texts, and email
  • Respond to couples' inquiries, concerns, and feedback with urgency and care
  • Proactively seek and strengthen relationships with local businesses to grow corporate event bookings
  • Be fanatical about a team culture where we support each other and celebrate shared success

This Schedule is Perfect for you if:

  • You would love to work Sunday through Thursday each week and enjoy having Fridays and Saturdays off

  • You're comfortable leading evening tours two nights per week and on Sundays

The Pay:

  • Compensation: $50,000 base, plus up to $25,000 in performance-based bonuses

Who do you have to be?

  • Someone experienced in weddings, events, hospitality, or high-touch sales environments
  • Service-minded, goal-oriented, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your day independently
  • Someone who takes ownership of their workflows from first inquiry to booked event
  • Highly responsive and energized by instant follow-up and clear communication
  • Able to receive feedback from other departments and coworkers within a close-knit team

  • Microsoft Copilot and applied AI communications
  • Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • TripleSeat, Prismm, or another event management software
