Job Summary:
As a Merchandise Stock Associate at Hobby Lobby, you will play a vital role in keeping our store stocked and organized for our valued customers. Your contributions will significantly enhance the shopping experience and ensure that our inventory is effectively managed.

Responsibilities:
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and organize it efficiently in the stockroom.
- Skillfully stock shelves, racks, and bins with new or transferred merchandise.
- Ensure all displayed merchandise is immaculate, well-organized, and fully stocked.
- Rotate stock regularly and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the store.
- Utilize inventory management tools to monitor stock levels and initiate reorders for low or depleted items.
- Provide exceptional assistance to customers on the sales floor as needed.
- Adhere to safety procedures to prevent injuries and report any hazards immediately.

Qualifications:
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physically demanding tasks with ease.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a keen focus on maintaining aesthetics and achieving store standards.
- No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
