The candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing electrical construction activities, coordinating schedules, reviewing design drawings, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety on-site. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills and the ability to support EnglishKorean technical interpretation and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall electrical construction activities and coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completionReview design drawings, specifications, and installation details, ensuring compliance with project standards and requirementsConduct quality control inspections for electrical materials, equipment, and installationsProvide EnglishKorean interpretation and technicaldocument translation support for meetings, drawings, and reportsCollaborate closely with civil, mechanical, and safety teams to maintain efficient project workflowEnsure compliance with electrical safety codes, quality standards, and on-site safety rulesCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth construction progress and issue resolutionUtilize MS Office, Auto CAD, and project management softwareQualificationsStrong bilingual (Korean / English) communication and documentation skillsExcellent coordination and problem-solving, and teamwork skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Auto CADPreferredBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field3 - 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or similar rolesStrong understanding of engineering and technical communicationExperience working on large-scale building or plant construction projectsAdditional InformationMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedulePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
