MES Solumina Engineer (Maintenance & Support)- New open Position. Need from Manufacturing & Industrial Domain Location : Irvine, CA - 100% onsite Duration: 12 months Contract Must have skills: No. of year of experience Hands on exp Solumina MES -Manufacturing execution system software Shop floor activity JD: At least 7+ years of strong hands on experience with Solumina OR Solumina G8 MES: Manufacturing routings, Work orders, Shop floor execution, Serialization, genealogy, and traceability Manufacturing execution processes, Discrete manufacturing environments Experience in Java / J2EE-based MES architecture, Oracle / SQL databases, WebLogic / application servers Monitor MES system health, batch jobs, interfaces, and background services. Implement minor to medium MES enhancements based on business needs. Support change requests (CRs), system upgrades, and patches for Solumina G8. Diagnose and resolve production issues related to routing, work orders, genealogy, NCRs, and shop floor transactions. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. Support plant operations during production incidents and critical manufacturing windows. Support integration between Solumina MES and ERP/PLM/QMS/PLC/Shop Floor Machine Interfaces Monitor and resolve interface issues, data mismatches, and transaction failures. Ensure data accuracy for production orders, BOMs, and manufacturing records. Ensure MES processes support regulatory and quality requirements (AS9100, ISO, FAA, etc., where applicable). Support audits by providing Solumina reports, logs, and traceability records. Maintain technical and functional documentation Configuration documents, SOPs, Support runbooks, Interface specifications Work closely with Manufacturing engineers, Quality teams, IT infrastructure teams and Parker Plant Stakeholders A&D Experience preferred. Familiarity with industrial, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
