MES Test Manager (Automation) at American IT Systems

MES Test Manager (Automation) Location: Houston TX Note: Please look for Automation Test Manager with Aerospace MES System domain experience. MES Test Management Develop and maintain standardized test cases test plans and test data aligned with MES requirements. Execute comprehensive testing activities including: System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Regression Testing Load and Performance Testing Support testing for new implementations software upgrades and feature releases. MES Test Automation Identify and prioritize test cases for automation. Create detailed test definition documents and collaborate with: Technical teams Test Center of Excellence (COE) Serve as a liaison between the MES team and automation stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency. Agile Methodology & Project Planning Understand and apply Agile lifecycle principles in MES projects. Participate in Agile planning sessions contributing to: Work scope definition Effort estimation Technology decision-making Justify estimates and decisions with data-driven insights. MES Expertise & Continuous Improvement Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Aerospace MES systems. Utilize tools such as: HP ALM UFT (Unified Functional Testing) Rally/Octane Drive quality improvements through rigorous testing practices. Take ownership of tasks and contribute to non-program engineering initiatives aimed at enhancing team productivity and efficiency.
