Memco Spring is looking for experienced Metal Finishers to join our Houston fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal finishing and polishing, with the ability to produce high-quality architectural finishes on stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and other metals.

Responsibilities

Grind, polish, and finish metal components to specified finishes and quality standards

Perform satin, brushed, mirror, and custom architectural finishes

Blend welds and prepare surfaces for final finishing

Inspect finished products to ensure consistency and quality

Work with stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and other architectural metals

Safely operate polishing, grinding, and finishing equipment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Support fabrication and production teams as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in metal finishing and polishing

Experience working with stainless steel, brass, and aluminum

Proficient with polishing tools, grinders, and finishing techniques

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Ability to read and follow shop drawings and finish specifications

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fabrication environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience with architectural metals or railing systems is a plus

Full-time position

Competitive pay based on experience ($24-$30 HR)
