TempJob description:We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientedMetal Stamping Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating stamping presses and working with metal components.Set-up experience is a strong plus as this role may involve preparing machines for production runs adjusting dies and ensuring consistent quality output.Key Responsibilities:Operate metal stamping presses to produce parts according to specifications.Perform machine set-ups including die installation and adjustments (if experienced).Inspect parts for quality and consistency using measuring tools and visual checks.Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Qualifications:Previous experience in metal stamping or manufacturing preferred.Set-up experience with stamping presses is a strong plus.Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical drawings.Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.High school diploma or equivalent.
