Key Responsibilities Perform calibration maintenance and repair of metrology equipment and instruments. Conduct precision measurements of manufactured components and assemblies. Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and conformance to engineering specifications. Document all measurement data calibration records and inspection reports. Analyze measurement results to identify trends deviations and support quality improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to measurement accuracy and equipment performance. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in operating and calibrating precision measurement equipment (e.g. CMMs calipers micrometers optical comparators). Strong understanding and practical application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints schematics and technical specifications. Experience with metrology software (e.g. PC-DMIS Calypso) for data collection and analysis. Associate's degree in Metrology Quality Assurance or a related technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
