You will grow business relationships drive client satisfaction and meet and/or exceed revenue goals by delivering insightful industry analyses to support clients in developing and executing against their strategic plans.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the team in managing the day-to-day activities to enhance client relationships including but not limited to sharing analyses on specific topics answering relevant client questions training/educating clients to drive adoption and usage of Circanas strategic data sets etc.Partner with account leads and cross-functional departments to drive initiatives which support the sale and delivery of Circanas solutionsUnderstand our clients organizations and their business strategies objectives and challenges. Attend/present insights at client meetings.Proactively search for meaningful trends within Circanas proprietary data and share findings with both internal and external audiencesProblem-solve and maintain relationships with adaptability urgency and positivityManage creation and distribution of weekly monthly and quarterly ongoing key insights presentations and/or deliverablesRequirementsBachelors degreeCollege graduate - 2 year(s) of prior experience in a role which utilizes data and analysis to add value to clientsExperience in all MS Office products Excel PowerPoint & WordExperience with Circana data tools is a plusDemonstrated ability to work across various data sets and reporting toolsAdvanced interpersonal skills and strong orientation towards building client relationshipsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAble to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced multitasking environmentStrong oral and written communication skills; Confident in presenting to groupsHighly detail oriented with commitment to total quality and data accuracyCircana BehaviorsAs well as the technical skills experience and attributes that are required for the role our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
