How will you fit in the big picture? As a Manager, C-Store Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of strategy across the U.S. Convenience channel. You will help translate high-level business priorities into actionable plans, tools, and processes that drive performance across the sales organization. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will contribute to operational excellence, enable field teams with the right insights and resources, and help deliver results against key business objectives.
Accountabilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance within the sales operations function to achieve operational excellence and business targets
- Drive strategic process improvements that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support decision-making and optimize sales performance
- Serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational challenges
- Manage and contribute to projects and programs that impact sales operations and overall division results
Skills/Knowledge:

- Prior experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Sales, Operations, or related CPG roles
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of consumer/shopper behavior and category management principles preferred
