Client Details A well-established Texas-based general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to support projects based out of Abilene with a strong focus on healthcare construction. This organization has a long-standing reputation for delivering complex healthcare facilities-from hospitals to specialty clinics and medical campuses-with an emphasis on quality, safety, and innovation. Description Lead field execution on healthcare projects (renovations + ground-up) Coordinate work in active healthcare environments Maintain strict safety, infection control, and scheduling standards Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control Interface with owners, architects, and internal teams Profile 5+ years of Superintendent experience Healthcare or related complex project experience strongly preferred Experience working in occupied or phased construction environments Ability to travel regionally / stay project-based out of Abilene Strong scheduling and coordination skills AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY Job Offer $135,000 - $165,000 base - dependent on experience $800/month truck allowance gas card & toll tag 401k Healthcare: medical, vision, dental 3-weeks of PTO + sICK tIME Comprehensive bonus structure Apply today for your resume to be considered - and if applicable - contacted within 48 hours!
