Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant Location: Omaha NE (Onsite/Hybrid if applicable) Duration: 12 Months Contract Experience Required: 12 Years Competencies: Microsoft Dynamics Digital: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Role Overview The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant will lead the design development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role involves requirement gathering solution architecture technical customization integrations and deployment activities. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure CRM solutions aligned with enterprise needs. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements and perform Gap Fit analysis. Design configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments. Develop system integrations with ERP and Line-of-Business applications (On-premises and Online). Integrate CRM with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint and support O365 administration and Azure AD synchronization. Perform data migration using tools such as Scribe SSIS or similar ETL technologies. Extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM through: Plugins Custom workflow activities Web resources and custom controls Configure CRM security roles access levels and field security. Develop Out-of-the-Box and custom SSRS reports for CRM. Implement and customize CRM using CRM Web API JavaScript (OData/REST) .NET and related technologies. Work with CRM entities workflows business rules forms dashboards and other platform capabilities. Support CRM installation deployment and post-go-live technical enhancements. Build and optimize integration solutions . Work across CRM functional domains including Sales Marketing and Customer Service. Required Qualifications 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM technical implementation. Strong expertise in CRM configuration customization and solution extensions. Hands-on experience with CRM development using HTML and Web Services. Strong knowledge of CRM data architecture security models and deployment processes. Experience executing upgrades integration development and CRM environment migrations. Proficiency with SQL Server SSIS and custom SSRS report development. Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integration patterns. Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with Power Platform components (Power Automate Power Apps Dataverse). Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices. Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules for Sales Marketing and Customer Service. Strong understanding of modern cloud architecture (Azure services). Experience supporting Dynamics CRM Online environments and hybrid integration models.
