As an Architect you will work with the technical team to design and deliver the case management solution within a given time identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase. You will be responsible for high-quality projects. You will work with the client PM and BA and streamline the communication between teams.Key Responsibilities:Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on clients architectural and business needsDrive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery definition build test and deployLead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.Translate concepts into user flows wireframes system diagrams and prototypesDevelop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRMDesign and lead the system architecture process to create define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirementsPresent tailored demonstrations of the technology solutionWork with technology and business groups to define project specificationsDevelop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solutionInteract with both prospective and current customers during product demos/evaluationsEnhance efficiency of development testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 ImplementationsDocument technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid mitigate resolve risks and technical debtRelay of the solution design to the development team and provide technical guidance during development of the solution to the development team.Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when requiredWhat You Will Need:US Citizenship is contractually required for this roleMinimum degree: US equivalent Bachelors DegreeMinimum of Eight (8) years of professional experienceMinimum of Five (5) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environmentEvaluate design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutionsExperience translating technical information in to easy-to-understand business conceptsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsGreat interpersonal skills and can be collaborativeExperience developing & deploying business applications using Microsofts Dynamics Power PlatformCore Skills: C# D365 CRM SDK CRM Plugins PowerApps Power BI & Power Automate (formally known as Flow)Must have experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365What Would Be Nice To Have:Experience in Big 4 or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold partner highly desiredBA/BS degree in Business Computer Science or EngineeringExperience with public sector clients preferredExperience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodologyThe annual salary range for this position is $130000.00-$216000.00.
