Together we work to solve our customers problems by reducing the waste of time, money and materials which end up in landfills.Job Duties and Responsibilities:In the Field DailyOn the jobsite for 4+ customers per dayOn-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-upsWorking for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Customer Service and CommunicationDisplay world-class customer service for tenants and property management staffTrack work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch toolCommunicate with support team with questionsFollow Repair ProcessUnderstand and utilize our unique 5-step repair processEmploy each tool in your custom tool-kitProblem-solve repairs with creativityPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobbyExperience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not requiredAn ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
