Find your future with us.Position Responsibilities:Understand business requirements and processesUnderstand information technology conceptsCommunicate with end users and technical analystsApply strong written and oral communication skillsTranslate user requirements into functional specificationsTranslate user perceivable functions into technical requirementsConvert functional specifications into working codeRead data and process modelsUnderstand software coding language for the systemUnderstand and develop software solutions to meet end users requirementsEnsure application integrates with overall system architecture utilizing standard Information Technology (IT) lifecycle methodologies and toolsWork with others on a team as well as independentlyWork with team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on resultsWork in a fast-paced demanding environment and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesBasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues3 years of involvement with stakeholder engagement building coalitions and strategic alliances3 years of experience developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems requiring ingenuity and innovationExperience working within a Scrum team or in similar Agile project setupsExperience in managing product backlog writing user stories and managing releasesAbility to work in virtual/hybrid and in office settingPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree or higherExperience in Unified Modeling Language (UML) or other software architecture and design modeling techniquesExperience defining User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and participating in test execution and defect triageExperience coordinating crossfunctional teams and driving consensusExperience translating business needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria and functional specificationsExperience prioritizing backlog items with Product Owners to help manage scope during sprintsExperience facilitating workshops demos UAT sessions and stakeholder reviewsExperience analyzing business processes identify gaps and improvement opportunities and recommending solutionsDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
