This position will be part of Space Mission Systems supporting Experimental Systems Group (ESG). We are seeking a motivated career-driven professional to support program and portfolio scheduling initiatives in a growing product this role you will help maintain our Microsoft Project Server project portfolio which contains development programs production programs agile software programs and operations.As an IP&S team member you will be required to develop proposal plans and schedules baseline execution schedules maintain the in-work schedules perform what-if planning and critical path analysis and support the delivery of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Format 6 deliverables. You will participate in all aspects of IP&S activities and execute the following to provide actionable value-added products to our customers:Position Responsibilities:Program Scheduling Develop and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Detailed Scheduling & Change Management Develop and maintain lower-level schedulesChange Integration Manage the change integration teamsProject Management Lead key program initiatives to improve executionAdditional Responsibilities:Preparation development and coordination of moderate to very complex integrated plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements.Directs facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across company functions product groups suppliers and partners.Identifies analyzes and reports performance variances.Manages & controls proposed schedule changes to the baselineProvides training coaching mentoring and leadership to lower-level employees.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Experience in a finance scheduling industrial engineering change management strategy program management or project management roleExperience working with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)Experience using Microsoft Project Primavera or other project management toolsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):2 years experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis2 years experience using Microsoft Project or Microsoft Project ServerExperience using Milestone ProfessionalExperience writing macros in Microsoft toolsExperience as a data or business analystBachelors Degree or higherActive DOD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance preferredRelocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
