Cartas software for the Office of the Fund CFO does just that - its a new category of software to make private markets look more like public markets - a connected ERP for private capital.For more information about our offices and culture check out our Carta careers page.The Team Youll Work WithAs a Mid Market Account Executive at Carta youll sit within the Corporations business unit and introduce venture-backed executives and founders to our best-in-class software platform to help them streamline their equity management stay compliant and unlock liquidity in the private markets. This role will focus on selling equity and ESOP management services to mid-stage privately held companies as well as Carta Total Compensation and Tax Advisory.The Problems Youll SolveWere looking for ambitious driven yet humble people to join our sales team. Our ideal candidate will have high IQ and EQ along with strong communication skills.Communicate the business impact of exceptional software to key decision makersUnderstand customer needs and requirements and act as a trusted business advisorDrive revenue through strategic outbound prospectingOwn the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closeDevelop a comprehensive sales strategy and sales plan that ensures consistent achievement of goals over the short and long-termWilling to dive into the venture capital industry to understand how we provide value to stakeholders across the ecosystemAbout You3-5 years of experience in a quota carrying SaaS sales roleExperience outbound prospecting willing to hunt navigating a greenfield territory managing a pipeline and closing large contractsSelf-starter humble and adaptable to changeExcels in both personal ambition and collaborative teamworkExperience in fintech venture capital legal tech compliance techUndergone sales methodology trainings (sandler meddic medpicc)SFDC literacy and proficiencyCartas compensation package includes a market competitive salary equity for all full time roles exceptional benefits and for applicable roles commissions plans.
