We value authentic engagement over aggressive sales tactics.Coachability: Youre a great listener with a low ego and a strong sense of personal accountability.Experience: You have a proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS solution sales.The Role:Drive growth within our existing customer base in the Mid Market segment (300-1000 employees)Focus on expansion upsell and cross-sell opportunities rather than net new businessBuild and deepen relationships with current customers to maximize value and adoptionPartner with customers to:Understand evolving business goals timelines and success metricsEnsure ClickUp continues to deliver value as needs changeAnalyze customer usage data to:Identify trends and expansion signalsProactively address areas of risk and surface new opportunitiesIdentify and engage new teams departments or business units within current customer organizations that could benefit from ClickUpBecome a product expert handling customer service and product-related questions to support adoption and expansionDeliver compelling presentations and product demos to stakeholders via web conferencing and in-person meetingsCollaborate with Customer Success Product and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive account growthQualifications:Proven experience in sales roles focused on expanding and retaining existing customer relationships ideally within SaaSStrong track record of identifying and closing upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesExcellent written verbal and presentation skillsHighly organized process-driven and detail-orientedExperience managing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs)Flexible and adaptablecomfortable with the dynamic nature of salesDesirable:Experience selling project management or productivity softwareFamiliarity with tools like Slack Front Salesforce and OutreachExposure to customer service and technical support inquiries#LI-Remote #LI-JI1Salary and BenefitsAt ClickUp we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation.
