The Administrator will also be responsible for coordination of campus activities. This Position is temporary through June 2024.Responsibilities: Provide the Middle School Head and faculty with broad and general support Manage Middle School calendar room reservations all campus logistics and outgoing mailings and correspondenceReceive and route telephone calls and manage Lincoln and the school central phonesMeet greet and direct visitors and maintain demeanor with visitors that represents the values and ethics of the school Receive sort and distribute Lincoln mail daily Complete purchase orders and order supplies for campus Enter Middle School attendance data into database and monitor attendance throughout the dayReport late student arrivals and early dismissalsSet up organize and coordinate bi-annual parent-teacher conferences ensuring smooth schedulingEnsure that onsite machines such as copiers and laminating machinery run properlyInterface with Buildings and Grounds regarding repairs and maintenancePrepare for a variety of events (reserve space hire caterer etc.)Send a variety of communications to parents as directed or need by middle school teamPerform other duties related to the Lincoln campus as requested or directedAssist with finding substitutes and ensure coverage for absences;Interested applicants should apply on our careers page/via our email.
