This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive streamlined environment allowing you to focus on what you do best improving lives through routine chiropractic care. Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories examining and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systemsPerform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditionsEducate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely patient recordsArrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze resultsBuild positive doctor-patient relationshipsSupport membership sales through care-focused conversationsQualificationsDoctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic collegeValid DC license in the applicable statePassing scores for NBCE Parts IIV (or recent SPEC exam)Eligible for malpractice insuranceStrong communication skills and a patient-first mindsetScheduleThis role requires availability 10-2PM & 2:45-7PM Mon-Fri/10-5PM SaturdayCompensation and BenefitsStarting salary: $70000 to $90000 depending on experienceBonus potential5-6day workweek 10-2PM & 2:45-7PM Mon-Fri/10-5PM SaturdayCompany-paid malpractice insuranceLicense renewal reimbursementWhy Join UsWhen you join The Joint youre not just starting a new job youre joining a movement.
