Luxor Staffing is hiring a MIG/Flux Core Welder pays up to $25 per hour 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Job duties:

• Set up welding equipment, including electrodes, cables, and power supply
• Perform welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
• Maintain proper arc, speed, and weld quality
• Inspect welds and apply filler materials as needed
• Clean, prep, and position materials for welding
• Repair parts, fill gaps, and remove excess weld material
• Preheat materials and tack assemblies as required
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of fabrication or welding experience
• Strong knowledge of metal/steel fabrication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
