Manufacturing Hiring Event – Tacoma Campus (Fife, WA)

Milgard Windows & Doors (a MITER Brands company) is hosting an exclusive, invite-only hiring event at our Tacoma campus on Tuesday, June 23rd.

We’re gearing up for our busy season and expanding operations with a new state-of-the-art production line and we’re hiring across multiple teams and shifts.   • Production Assembler – Day Shift (Entry-level; paid training provided)
  • Machine Operator – Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (Day & Graveyard) (prior manufacturing experience required)
  • Production Worker – Day, Swing & Graveyard Shifts (Entry-level; training provided)
  • Quality Technician – Swing Shift (prior experience required)

    • 💰 Compensation

  • $ – $ per hour (based on experience)
  • + $ shift differential for swing & graveyard shifts

    • 💼 What You’ll Do

    As part of our manufacturing team, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality products while working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment:

  • Assemble premium windows and doors
  • Operate production equipment and machinery
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized workspace

    • ✅ Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior manufacturing, machine operation, or quality experience (required for select roles)
  • Ability to read work orders or blueprints (training available for entry-level roles)
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
