Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob descriptionQualifications• Completion of a recognized millwright apprenticeship program or equivalent experience• Journeyman Certification As a Millwright• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills• Experience with hand and power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to industrial machinery• Ability to work independently or as part of a team• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and climbing• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays• A Pre-Employment Drug Screening is required, we are in Iowa• Additional certifications in welding, machining, or industrial maintenance• Experience with specific types of machinery or equipment relevant to the industryMillwright
