Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines, equipment, and infrastructure. 2. Performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure efficient operations. 3. Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues promptly and accurately. 4. Installing and aligning new parts and maintaining parts inventory. 5. Utilizing a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. 6. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas. 7. Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and drawings. 8. Collaborating with other team members to improve operations and efficiency. 9. Participating in ongoing technical training and development opportunities. Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Millwright position, you must meet the following qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Millwright or similar role within the manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience with machine maintenance, repair, and mechanical maintenance. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of pumps and machinery, and electrical troubleshooting. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy machinery and work in confined spaces. 8. Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools. 9. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures. 10. High school diploma or equivalent. A valid millwright certificate or equivalent trade certificate would be a plus. Interested in hearing more?
