This role lays out fabricates assembles installs and maintains piping and piping systems fixtures and equipment for steam hot water heating cooling lubricating sprinkling and industrial processing systems.Schedule: 4/10s - this role is for local candidates; no per diem Essential Qualifications:High school or equivalentInsulation and scaffolding backgroundAbility to diagnose and repair equipmentGood communication and organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to prioritize and work self-directed and alone at timesTechnical training and/or industrial related industrial maintenance experience Post offer drug / alcohol screen physical evaluation and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug Alcohol and Contraband PolicyComply with company and client job site safety requirementsMust not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace Functional Requirements:Keep machinery in working order by detecting and correcting errors before the machine or the products it produces are damaged; perform preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment; records and reports damaged worn or broken parts; prepares reports documenting work performed; performs additional assignments per supervisors direction CompensationFinal agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
