The program is a revolving loan fund that makes loans to municipalities who will then grant the funds to developers. The funds will be repaid over time and then reloaned for the same purpose on a revolving basis. This position operates all technical aspects of the program including: program materials manual rules legal documents loan processing and repayments tracking of funding. The incumbent will work with OHCS Accounting and Finances to set up processes for loan disbursements and balances. Set up loans and borrowers information in the OHCS systems of records.
