As part of this growth we are seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented and organized Mitigation Project Manager to join our team.The Mitigation Project Manager plays a key role in our Mitigation Department overseeing a wide range of responsibilities needed to secure coordinate and successfully execute mitigation projects. This position ensures that customers clients subcontractors and team members receive exceptional service throughout all stages of the mitigation process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage production crews and jobs according to SERVPRO standards and proceduresAssign and coordinate jobs supervise scheduling and ensure all job requirements are metMonitor jobs from start to finish maintaining clear communication and timely updatesConduct accurate pretesting scoping and estimating of servicesBuild and maintain positive relationships with commercial insurance and residential customersOversee customer-facing processes to ensure expectations are met or exceededMonitor and follow up on all assigned jobs updating the Mitigation Operations Manager as neededManage relationships with centers of influence (COIs)Resolve issues quickly and effectively as they ariseOversee scheduling of jobs resources and crews per SERVPRO guidelinesManage job file documentation profitability and operational efficienciesTrain manage and help recruit production personnelCreate and/or review job scopes for accuracy and clarityReview all job paperwork (scopes estimates) to ensure team readinessQualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in cleaning/restoration preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredIICRC certifications preferredAbility to travel locally and participate in on-call rotations (including nights and weekends)SERVPRO is an Equal Opportunity Employer Compensation: $52000.00 - $60000.00 per year Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
