As a Mitigation Project Manager with SERVPRO of Manchester you will own jobs from initial emergency response through dry out and stabilization leading crews managing documentation and making sure customers and adjusters know they are in good hands.This is not an entry level position. We are only considering candidates with recent water and fire mitigation experience and Xactimate proficiency.We offer strong earning potential 100 percent company paid health benefits and a clear path to grow with a Top 100 SERVPRO franchise.Compensation and BenefitsTotal target compensation: 90000 to 115000 dollars per year (base salary plus performance bonuses depending on experience and results)100 percent company paid health dental and vision insurance for the employee401(k) with company matchCompany vehicle fuel card cell phone and tabletPaid holidays and paid time off (CTO)Ongoing training certifications and career developmentStable family owned business with more than 50 years in the New Hampshire marketWhat You Will Do (Mitigation Focus)Respond to water fire or smoke and mold losses and take the lead from first call through completion of mitigationPerform on site inspections determine scope and create mitigation plans including drying plans equipment layout and necessary demolitionScope and estimate mitigation work using Xactimate and SERVPRO systems including updates and supplements as neededServe as the main point of contact for homeowners property managers and insurance adjusters throughout the jobSchedule coordinate and lead mitigation crews and vendors to ensure work is done safely efficiently and to a high standardEnsure thorough job documentation including photos moisture readings logs notes and signatures to support billing and carrier requirementsMonitor job progress equipment usage and labor to meet mitigation performance and job profitability targetsDrive five star customer experiences by setting expectations communicating clearly and following upPartner with any reconstruction team when needed to hand off stabilized jobs smoothlyWhat You BringThree or more years of recent water and or fire mitigation experience running jobs from start to finishProven ability to manage multiple mitigation jobs at once and keep crews organizedXactimate proficiency for writing and updating mitigation estimates and sketches without supervisionStrong understanding of mitigation standards and best practices for drying containment decontamination and demolitionExperience communicating directly with insurance adjusters and third party administratorsEffective communication with customers adjusters and teammates both verbal and writtenComfort with technology including job management software email mobile apps and spreadsheetsValid drivers license and acceptable driving recordAbility to respond to jobs in the local area as needed including participation in an after hours or on call rotationCandidates without prior water and fire mitigation experience and Xactimate experience will not be considered for this role.Preferred QualificationsIICRC certifications such as WRT ASD FSRT or AMRTExperience working with program work and third party administratorsPrior experience as a mitigation project manager crew chief or mitigation supervisor in restorationExperience with large loss or commercial mitigation projectsAbout SERVPRO of Manchester SERVPRO of Manchester is a family owned and operated franchise that has been serving New Hampshire for more than 50 years.
