The Mitigation Technician in the Columbus, OH area to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of radon mitigation systems. You will teach customers how to use their equipment, troubleshoot issues, and following company procedures. If this is something you are interested in, apply today!ResponsibilitiesInspect, repair, and install radon mitigation systemsConduct diagnostics on air flow (pressure filled extension tests), may require drilling into concrete/slab foundationInstall mitigation materials; run pipes for ventilation and install fansRequirements2+ plus years in Construction, Maintenance or similar background is requiredMechanically inclinedMust have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving history and background checkPhysical Requirements & Working ConditionsThis job operates primarily in a field environment and routinely requires walking, climbing ladders and lifting of equipment.The job requires good physical health and ability to perform hands on construction work.Capable of occasionally working in crawl spaces, in attics and on roofsMust be able to regularly lift 60 poundsAbility to stand on your feet up to 8 hours a dayThis position offers competitive compensation starting at $20.00 an hour.
