Join an industry-leading restoration team and make a meaningful impact in helping families and businesses recover after water fire and mold-related disasters. As a Mitigation Technician you will support emergency response efforts deliver high-quality restoration services and maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.This is a Direct HireWhat you will be doing as a Mitigation Technician Perform water extraction structural drying mold remediation and fire damage restoration.Assess damage levels and assist in developing effective mitigation plans.Operate specialized equipment including dehumidifiers air movers and cleaning/sanitizing tools.Document job progress complete required paperwork and maintain accurate project records.Communicate clearly with clients team members and supervisors throughout the project lifecycle.Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry and IICRC standards.Participate in ongoing training to stay current on restoration techniques and best practices.Support inventory management equipment cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Mitigation Technician High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications (IICRC etc.) preferred.12 years of experience in restoration construction or a related field.Knowledge of water and fire damage mitigation processes and equipment.Strong attention to detail with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in physically demanding environments including lifting heavy equipment.Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Team-oriented mindset strong work ethic and positive attitude.Flexibility to work evenings weekends and on-call shifts as needed.Learn more about Saige Partners on Facebook or LinkedIn.
