Mixing Machine Operator at Employment Professionals North Houston

HOURS: Monday - Thursday: 6:30am to 5:30pm Friday: As needed - Must be available to work Friday 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks at 10:00am & 3:00pm 40 hrs - Plus potential overtime JOB DUTIES: Produce plastic parts according to detailed work instructions Loading/Pouring liquid urethane into machine tanks Interface with machines HMI touch screen Monitor machine functions/production throughout the day Dispense material from machine accurately per prints Handle 5 gallon pails of liquid material at chest height Calibrate, clean, and maintain mixing machine with routine maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work area REQUIREMENTS: Excellent Attendance a must Manufacturing/Warehouse experience preferred Must be mechanically inclined Ability to use basic touch screen system Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs Walk, Stand, Stoop, Bend for 8-10 hours/day Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse Work well in a team environment Good communication Follow guidelines & procedures Attentive to detail Reliable transportation High School diploma or equivalent Pre-employment drug and background screening Hours: Mon-Thur 6:00am-5:30pm and Fri 6:00am-3:30pm.
