Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: About the RoleTherapeutic Application Practice is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or LMHP-Eligible (LMHP-E) to join our Crisis Stabilization and Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) teams.In this vital role, you will supervise and coordinate clinical services for adults in crisisensuring care is high-quality, person-centered, and focused on recovery. This position is ideal for clinicians who thrive in fast-paced, community-based settings and are committed to making a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments per agency and DMAS standardsDevelop and oversee treatment plans and crisis interventionsProvide clinical supervision to counselors and LMHP-E staffMonitor quality of services and treatment outcomes; participate in auditsReview and manage all clinical documentation, including:Individual Service Plans (ISPs)Supervision notesScreening formsDischarge summariesPsychological and psychiatric evaluationsSubmit weekly caseload billing reportsAttend agency meetings and professional development trainingsQualificationsActive LMHP or LMHP-E in Virginia Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution23 years experience in community mental health preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesIn-depth knowledge of VADBHDS/DMAS regulations and Medicaid documentationProficiency in crisis stabilization and trauma-informed careExcellent written, verbal, and public-speaking skillsAbility to train staff in clinical documentation and treatment planningStrong independent judgment and decision-making in crisis situationsEffective relationship-building and community engagement skillsSchedule & FlexibilityFlexible scheduling: evenings, overnight, and weekends as client needs requireOn-call availability preferredWhy Join Therapeutic Application Practice?Flexible work scheduleSupportive, mission-driven environmentProfessional growthMake a real difference in your community every dayTherapeutic Application Practice is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
