A company is looking for a Mobile Engineering Operations Specialist to provide operational support for its Mobile Engineering service line.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support and guidance to the mobile engineering team, ensuring compliance with client requirements and corporate policiesOversee internal controls for work order scheduling, communication protocols, and dispatch coordinationTrack, analyze, and report on operational metrics, compliance areas, and support financial reviewsQualifications:Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience in Facilities Management or related operationsProficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with system administration experiencePreferred background in HVAC and/or electrical systemsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and SmartsheetDemonstrated leadership capability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
