Mobile HVAC Engineer - JLLWhat this job involves: As a Mobile HVAC Engineer youll be responsible for the comprehensive operation maintenance and ongoing improvement of mechanical electrical and automation systems across multiple client sites to ensure safe efficient and reliable performance.You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance respond promptly to repair work orders and emergencies and inspect facility systems such as HVAC fire/life safety plumbing electrical lighting temperature controls and critical environments.What your day-to-day will look like:Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems electrical distribution equipment plumbing mechanical and building interior/exterior components including related grounds and production equipment.Maintain operate and become familiar with all facility equipment and systemsComplete assigned facility inspections and due diligence reporting on conditions that may impact client occupancy and satisfactionUtilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo for all work performedRespond effectively to emergency situations and after-hours building emergencies as requiredEnsure compliance with safety procedures relevant codes and maintain clean safe work areas.Required qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid state drivers licenseUniversal CFC Certification (EPA Section 608)4 years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R plumbing electrical production equipment repair and maintenance electrical systems and equipment repairDemonstrated knowledge of building automation systems and fire/life safety systemsExperience with Corrigo or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)Physical RequirementsPerform physical tasks including bending sitting kneeling squatting standing reaching and lying down as necessary to access equipment components; may be required for extended periods.Work in various indoor and outdoor environments and weather conditions.Preferred qualifications:Additional HVAC certifications (NATE RSES or manufacturer-specific certifications)Basic knowledge of energy management systems and building controlsFamiliarity with preventive maintenance scheduling and work order managementExperience working in commercial real estate or multi-tenant facilitiesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills for client interaction and reportingLocation: Mobile position supporting Raleigh NC and the surrounding area.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pmThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
