Mobile Service CoordinatorJenkins & Wynne Ford & LincolnSalary Commission $45000$50000 per yearJenkins & Wynne Ford & Lincoln is growing our Mobile Service program and is looking for a Mobile Service Coordinator to own the day-to-day scheduling coordination and customer experience of our mobile service operations. This role is a mix of office coordination customer communication and community outreach and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.What Youll DoSchedule and manage mobile service appointments throughout the dayCoordinate directly with mobile service technicians to ensure efficient routing timing and preparednessCommunicate with customers before during and after service to ensure a smooth experienceFollow up after each appointment to confirm the service went well and that the customer received their receipt and documentationRide along with the mobile service van in the afternoons to network with local businesses organizations and community partnersTravel locally with the Ford Pro Sales Team to help solicit mobile service business from fleet and commercial customersMaintain accurate appointment notes customer information and follow-up recordsAct as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing mobile serviceWhat Were Looking ForStrong communication and organization skills with an always-selling go-getter mindsetCustomer-focused mindset with a professional friendly and upbeat demeanorAbility to manage multiple schedules and priorities at onceComfortable working both in an office setting and out in the fieldWillingness to ride along with the mobile service van and travel locallySelf-motivated with an interest in business development and relationship buildingAutomotive service BDC or scheduling experience is a plusbut not requiredSchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time positionMix of daytime scheduling/coordination and afternoon field workLocal travel required (no overnight travel)Compensation & BenefitsSalary commission structureMonday through Friday 7am-5pmExpected annual compensation: $45000$50000Health dental and vision insurancePaid time off program- 40 PTO hours after 6 months of employment 80 hours at 1 year401(k) with company match after 9 months of employmentEmployee vehicle service and purchase benefitsSupportive family-owned dealership environmentWhy Jenkins & WynneAt Jenkins & Wynne we focus on convenience innovation and customer experience.
