Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles at customer sites.- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using appropriate tools and equipment.- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services performed and provide recommendations.- Provide recall and warranty services. - Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership policies.- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Skills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training preferred.- One year of quick lube or apprentice technician experience.- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.- Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role.- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
