Our ideal candidate is a driven, problem solver with experience working as a technician in the commercial tire industry. Key Responsibilities:Operating and maintaining a service vehicleChanging and repairing commercial and industrial tiresReplacing and repairing rubber tracksProviding prompt and courteous service to our customersWorking with office staff to ensure job details are accurate and properly recorded for billingFollow all safety proceduresQualifications and Skills:Valid drivers license and clear driving record is mandatory for considerationClean background check and drug screeningAbility to lift and/or move tires weighing up to 200 poundsAbility to work in varying weather conditionsProblem solvingMechanically inclined*****Experience with OTR tires prefered but will train candidates that have previous tire experience*****Schedule:Monday FridayNo NightsLimited weekendsBenefits:401(k) (with 3% company contribution independent of employee elections)Health InsurancePaid Life InsurancePaid Vacation and HolidaysUniformsProfessional training and certificationPaid weekly
