Reporting to the national Mobility Advisory Lead andsupported by Arcadis international expertise and multi-disciplinary strengths in Intelligent Mobility Resilience Transit Design and Architecture and Transit Oriented Development this role combines visionary leadership with hands-on project execution to elevate community livability through safe sustainable inclusive multimodal mobility.Role accountabilities:Lead regional practice operations: strategy business development financials and team management.Mentor and grow a dynamic team of planners and engineers in a collaborative growth-oriented environment.Drive business development: leverage and cultivate client relationships lead proposals and represent Arcadis in public forums.Oversee complex multidisciplinary projects with full accountability for client satisfaction and financial performance.Qualifications & Experience:Required Qualifications:Minimum of 15 years progressively responsible experience in multimodal transportation planning with an emphasis on complete streets active transportation and/or public transitBachelors Degree in Urban Planning Engineering or related disciplinesAICP PMP or California PE preferredKey AttributesDeep familiarity and working experience with southern California agencies such as LA Metro OCTA SANDAG SCAG and local cities.Proven leadership in staff development client engagement and financial oversight.Professional leadership demonstrated by publications committee memberships professionalpresentationsor other activities.Base can be LA OC or SDWhy ArcadisWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
