Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Job Title: Kitchen AssistantWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This part-time position requires availability from Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 AM, with an estimated weekly commitment of 24-30 hours. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation and packing, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and efficiently sorting and organizing products.Responsibilities:- Assist with food preparation and packing of items following established recipes and guidelines.- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of products.- Support the kitchen team in adhering to food safety standards and guidelines.- Assist with the receiving and inspection of deliveries.- Contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly working environment.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.- Display a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.Requirements:- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not mandatory.- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety and hygiene practices.- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday.- Flexibility to work 24-34 hours per week as scheduled.- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.- Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate loads when necessary.If you are enthusiastic about working in a dynamic kitchen environment and have a passion for food preparation and organization, we invite you to apply for this Kitchen Assistant position.
