The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various manufacturing processes. This role requires proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to efficient production operations.In this hands-on role, you will perform mold repair, maintenance, and assembly work that keeps production running smoothly. Whether you’re assembling new tooling or bringing legacy molds back to life, your work directly contributes to the success of our customers and our business.✅ Why Work With Us?Join a team with a strong mentorship culture – your growth mattersCompetitive pay based on your experienceLow-cost, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planOpportunities for skills development and internal advancementA collaborative, team-first environment where your input is valuedWhat You Will Do:Perform a full range of tool work, focusing on mold maintenanceAssemble and fit mold components to blueprint specificationsPerform mold maintenance, repair, and refurbishmentOperate a variety of manual machine tools, hand tools, and measuring equipmentUse precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify tolerancesFinal fit and inspect subassemblies and components before releaseIdentify and implement repair process improvements for efficiency and qualitySupport and share knowledge with peers across the shopFollow all safety policies and proceduresPerform other duties as needed✅ Qualifications:2–3 years’ experience working with hand tools and mechanical assemblyFamiliarity with precision measuring equipmentAbility to read blueprints and follow technical documentation is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbsForklift and crane experience is a plusPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing, lifting, and repetitive hand tool useManual dexterity and hand-eye coordination requiredAbility to work safely in a fast-paced, production environmentReady to Join Our Team?We would love to meet you.
