Molder - 3rd Shift at Award Staffing

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Molder
• Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
• Location: Delano, MN
• Schedule: 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 10PM-6:30AM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Manufacturing or machine-operator experience; mechanical aptitude; prior molding experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operates molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components, ensuring parts meet process and quality standards.
• Operate and monitor molding presses or injection molding machines.
• Load material, remove molded parts and perform basic inspections.
• Document production data and report process issues.
• Support troubleshooting and routine machine adjustments.
• Work in cleanroom environments.
