Position Summary Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.   Work You’ll Do As a Manager, Momentum Developer, you will be responsible for:Designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Momentum technical components, including extensions, workflows, interfaces, batch jobs, utilities, and reportsBuilding and supporting integrations between Momentum and external systems, and developing database objects, queries, and data structures that support application performance and data integrityPartnering with functional analysts, architects, testers, and other project stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions across design, development, testing, and deploymentSupporting data conversions, migrations, reconciliations, code promotions, release activities, and post-production defect resolution across development, test, and production environmentsCreating and maintaining technical design documents, configuration documentation, installation scripts, deployment packages, and other delivery artifactsPerforming unit, integration, and system testing, supporting user acceptance testing, and resolving technical defects, performance issues, and system errors  A successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Includes strategy development, road mapping, strategic PMO, enterprise value creation, and finance automation and innovation.   Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degreeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureActive Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access with polygraph5+ years of consulting or industry experience supporting enterprise financial systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, or federal system implementations2+ years of Momentum technical development experience, including custom development, integrations, workflows, batch jobs, or reporting2+ years experience working through the SDLC with development in one or more of the following areas: WebMethods, Java, C++, Jenkins or BIRTAbility to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia up to 5 days per week The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
