If you have a passion for the Montessori & Reggio Emilia philosophies, and take pride in creating and sustaining the highest quality educational environment, this position is for you!Salary based on experience and position, ranging from $20+ per hour.The ideal candidate will possess:Montessori credential or experienceExperience working with infants 6 weeks to 18 monthsWarm, kind, respectful, and nurturing valuesGreat organization and communication skillsPassion for the Montessori & Reggio Emilia philosophies combined with excellence in communicating these philosophies to parents and other community membersGenuine warmth and love for guiding children (and their families!)You will be responsible for sustaining an authentic Montessori environment. You will encourage the children to think creatively, to solve problems independently and respect themselves and others.
