Help prepare organize and maintain equipment and storage areas ensuring items are clean functional and properly documented. Perform basic inventory tasks labeling and record-keeping. Contribute to general upkeep special projects and routine opening/closing procedures as directed by full-time staff.General Notes:The Equipment Checkout team at Moody College plays a vital role in supporting students faculty and staff by managing the reservation preparation and return of media production equipment. We ensure users have access to reliable well-maintained equipment and a smooth checkout experience enabling successful academic and creative work.Purpose: To assist in maintaining daily functions in Moody College Equipment CheckoutOpen to:Undergraduate Students Graduate Students and Work-Study StudentsResponsibilities:Provide front-desk support including greeting answering calls and assisting with general inquiries. Preparing and staging equipment reservations for pickup and supporting patrons. Check in returned equipment by verifying contents cleanliness and basic functionality. Accurately document checkouts and returns following established procedures and workflows. Maintain clean organized equipment storage areas and return items to proper locations. Help perform daily opening and closing tasks. Assist with inventory counts and submitting equipment problem tickets as needed.
