Belmont Village Caregivers are reliable, take pride in their work, and have prior experience providing care to a group of seniors in a residential care setting. Our Caregivers thrive in a fast-paced, active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age. While a C.N.A license is not required to be a Caregiver at Belmont Village Aventura, we welcome applicants with a Certified Nursing Assistant license or relevant caregiving experience. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIESProvide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communityPromote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-beingDocument and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisorsUphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory complianceProvide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as neededMake hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interactionQUALIFICATIONSMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalentMust be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written EnglishExperience as a professional Caregiver to a group of seniors in a licensed residential settingProfessional, pleasant and team oriented attitudeConsistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the communityPlease note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualifications.
