Our team's passion for hospitality and unwavering dedication to exceeding guest expectations set us apart as the premier destination for those seeking a world-class hospitality experience.St Julien Hotel & Spa is looking for talented morning/afternoon Line Cooks, who will be responsible for ensuring that breakfast and lunch dishes are executed properly, consistently, and within the standard service times.Essential Job Functions:Ensure that food is prepared accurately and in a timely manner.Remain knowledgeable of all current menu offerings and be able to execute all dishes in accordance with established standards.Plan, produce, and inventory mise en place before and after service.Use fresh ingredients and ensure food quality standards are maintained.Assist with organization of coolers, freezer, dry storage, and the maintenance of overall kitchen cleanliness.Ensure proper storage of all foods including coverage, labeling, dating, and appropriate container usage; maintain the correct temperature of all food products.Keep workstation clean and sanitized at all times.Adhere to St Julien's environmental commitment and Zero Waste goals.Other duties as assigned by manager.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years’ culinary experience required.
