Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant at Efinity Mortgage

We are looking for a skilled mortgage loan officer assistant to join our top-producing team and assist our mortgage loan origination officers. This position requires a unique mix of sales and customer service skills, plus the ability to manage loan files from beginning to end. If you are detail-oriented, thorough, and can offer top-notch customer service, start your application today!This is an in-person job located in Phoenix, AZ.Compensation:$40,000 - $50,000+ commissionResponsibilities:Act as the primary contact between clients and our company, and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressedGather and coordinate the necessary loan documentation for verifications and underwriting, such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperworkReview all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation, then report any discrepancies to the loan originatorHandle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth, and customers receive excellent serviceScreen and make calls, book appointments, and provide administrative support as neededQualifications:A bilingual English/Spanish speaker is a necessityLoan Officer or Processor experience, 2-3 years is required Understand basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clientsComputer proficiency required, including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferredNMLS license or training is not required, but is desiredAbout CompanyEfinity Mortgage has a mission to equip and enable people to live their life's passions.
