Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a nearly $400 million Florida bank in their search for a Commercial & Residential Mortgage Loan Services Manager. The Commercial & Residential Mortgage Loan Services Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Commercial & Residential Mortgage Services team ensuring accuracy compliance and exceptional service across the banks real estate portfolio. This leader will supervise a team of 5 strengthen processes and serve as a key resource to internal staff.Qualifications5 years mortgage services loan administration or portfolio management experience across Residential Mortgage & Commercial Real Estate lending.2 years supervisory or management experience.Knowledge of servicing standards pre-funding GL reconciliation and post-closing reviews.Working knowledge of RESPA TILA Fair Lending USAAP GLBA and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Encompass.Strong multitasking problem-solving and team leadership skills.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.Hybrid work scheduleRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Criminal Justice,Account Payable,Economics,Front End,Facilities Management,Domestic Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
