As one of the worlds largest lift truck manufacturers we are committed to providing the customer with the safest most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.Job Located in Kingman AZ Job DutiesSupervise shop activities which may include Service Parts or Shipping/Receiving departments.Supervise service technicians.Provide support in troubleshooting skill development and improving work performance of technicians.Supervise Parts department personnel and processes.Provide support in the processing of ordering receiving warranty and inventory management.Supervise Shipping/Receiving department personnel and processes.Ensure proper shipment and receipt of equipment.Facilitate documentation for equipment shipping to other countries.Assist other personnel in the actual shipment receiving and equipment preparation as needed.Leads or participates in monthly departmental or safety meetings.Works closely with the sales and rental department other department personnel and leadership to determine work schedule plan work and meet customer expectations for delivery.Provide feedback to shop personnel and management.Participates in employee goal planning and reviews.Conducts Talent Development Discussions Evaluation Reviews and Wage Reviews with personnel as required.Troubleshoots diagnoses and repairs MoveMore or Encore equipmentMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent5-7 years related experienceMust be able to safely operate lift trucksPreferred QualificationsSupervision experienceWork Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
